Who we are

Nordic MRO started with the vision to provide one-stop-shop maintenance in Northern Europe. Now we have the vision to do so by finding new ways of working with a strong focus on customers and employees. And why stop at the Nordic countries? Our customers travel the world – so will we!

Whether you request a short-term line maintenance contract at short notice, or a moveable line station – we are your go-to solution!

Problem solving

We take pride in solving problems for our customers, regardless if it is a complex sheet metal repair or a special project, such as cargo conversion or scrapping. If there is a will, there is a way!

The customer is always our primary focus and we will go above and beyond to find great solutions. We do not want to be a provider – we want to be a partner.

What we do

We do all sorts of maintenance - from line and base to CAMO services. Thanks to our experience, knowledge, and strong network we can easily extend our scope of work when needed, all to provide the easiest maintenance for our customers!

Line / Base maintenance

Our maintenance is mainly located in Scandinavia, with Sweden as our main market. Our specialty in base maintenance is ATR, while in line maintenance we do it all – from propeller to jet airplanes. We also have a strong network ready for AOG situations and a plug-and-play solution for new line stations, with which we can set up a station in only a week or two.

Camo / Engineering

Through our partner, Air Hudik Engineering, we provide engineering and CAMO services, such as ARC reviews, engineering services, maintenance programme and other consultant services.

Logistics

Our logistics department can provide support with everything connected to logistics – such as purchasing, storage and tool control, shipping, and receiving.

We believe that the impact humans have on the environment is unsustainable. We want to contribute to a more sustainable aviation industry. Not only because we believe it is right, but also because we believe it is necessary for future business and our planet. Let's create the bandwagon others can jump on!

We acknowledge the fact that our society is not created equal for all. Many experience inequality due to their gender, ethnicity, age, or social background. We want to take part of changing that. Our first goal is to have 20 % female trainees by 2021. And this is just the start!
